Samsung just started accepting registrations last week for early access to its mobile payments service "Samsung Pay: in India, and surprisingly the service has been officially launched today. The people who have registered themselves for the early access program can use Samsung Pay now.
In addition to supporting credit and debit cards (MasterCard and Visa) from a handful of banks including Axis, HDFC, ICICI, SBI, and Standard Chartered, the service also allows you to add your Paytm wallet accounts in the app.
Currently, only those owning a Galaxy S7/S7 edge, S6 edge+, Note5, Galaxy A5 (2016), or Galaxy A7 (2016) can use the service in India.
It is not sure when will Samsung initiate this service in Pakistan. But it will be a welcome move if the Korean company starts this fine service in Pakistan and it will help Pakistani people to get in touch with National and International market with ease.
