Samsung Galaxy View is an amazing Android tablet with a large 18.4 inches screen. This slate brings a pretty sleek design whopping looks. There’s no home button on the device. Some experts are suggesting the device will offer on-screen buttons instead. Samsung’s super-sized Android slate recently comes online with a full list of specs, a price and a few pictures.
As Apple iPad Pro is influencing the masses with its big screen so it seems as Samsung will introduce the Galaxy View tablet as the reply of Apple iPad Pro and this device will primarily focus on watching videos and playing games on its large screen rather than for getting work done.
It’s described as “TV reimagined for the streaming age,” though you’ll still be able to run all your favorite Android apps.
The company is also including a few media-focused modifications, including suggestions pushed straight to your lock screen that will help you to look and control all of your media play back like controls in an ongoing video and music applications.
It will be available in Market on November 06, 2015.
The device will apparently pack a 18.4-inch 1080p display, a 5700mAh battery promising 8.5 hours of video streaming, an Exynos 7580 octa-core processor, a 2.1-megapixel front camera, expandable storage and 2GB of RAM. It comes in black or white color options. The 32GB Wi-Fi-only version listed online costs around 599 US $ (about 60,000 PKR). We are of the view that Samsung will also offer more expensive LTE models, along with the option to add extra built-in storage.
The Galaxy View looks like a pretty interesting device, though we’re still not totally sold on the concept of an 18.4-inch tablet. Hopefully Samsung can convince us otherwise when it finally reveals the device.
